COVID-19 Service Updates

We are offering a full optical service whilst operating within the guidelines laid down by NHS England, the General Optical Council, the Association of British Dispensing Opticians and the AOP.

We expect all staff to wear a mask at all times, gloves were appropriate, a visor if required and to ensure practice areas are throughly cleaned and all equipment and frames cleaned and sterilised after use.

We use UVC light sterilisers for frames and testing equipment, cleaning sprays and wipes for surfaces and handles.

Hand sanitiser and soap dispensers are available to staff and visitors.

All services are by appointment only. Routine repairs will be completed on the same day where possible but not while you wait.

We will be strictly limiting the number of people in the practice based on volume. May we respectfully request you to wait outside until invited in. No more than 2 people from any household at any time.

On arrival, knock on the door and look at the member of staff on the reception desk. They will indicate if you may enter.

Mask wearing is compulsory unless you are wearing an exemption identification. Please ensure this is visible to all staff. 

Practice Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm. Closed for lunch between 1 and 2.
